| < NOTE > In order to use the FAMCLCFG, the Yokogawa FA-M3 Programming Tool WideField3 (R4 later) is required. Install the FAMCLCFG to the PC where the WideField3 is installed. The FAMCLCFG communicates with the FAMCL via CPU module for FA-M3. The FAMCL communicates with CPU module with USB, LAN or serial communication (KM13-1S is used). Prepare a communication cable that supports the CPU module in use. USB driver accompanied with the WideField3 is required when communication with USB. The driver software for KM13-1S is required when KM13-1S cable is used. The driver software for KM13-1S is available to download in the web site for FA-M3. CSP+ files Specification Version 2 or later can be handled by FAMCLCFG Ver.1.05.XX or later. |
