 With M-System remote I/O modules, you can easily configure a monitoring
system for above application.
You can use our R1M-P4 to accept pulse signal from flow meter and transfer
the information to a PC for real time monitoring. Each module is capable
to accept up to 12 channel inputs if the pulse frequency is less than 100
Hz.
Thanks to the Modbus communication feature in R1M, they can be daisy chained
together to form a local network. With one of them being connected to a
PC via RS-232C cable, you acquired a full function Monitoring System. Of
course, you won’t forget to install the monitoring software MSR128
into your PC first. This software is easy to use and powerful. It can monitor
as many as 128 channels. What’s more, it comes with the R1M module

This is an application for a twin tower hotel. There are about 100 guest
rooms and the hotel wants to monitor the water flow of each guest room.
