| Emergency Supervising at Control Room | |
8 discrete signals will be required to monitor at the control room. The distance between the field equipment and the field panel is approx. 50 meters. Between the field panel and the control room is approx. 200 meters. We’d like to let the warning light on at both field panel end and control room end. Does M-System have any solution with low cost? |  |
In this case, please install Di 8-point unit (22LA1-3A4) at field equipment end and then Do 8-point unit (22LA1-3C7) is needed to install both at field panel end and control room end. As for station number, please set it as same number (e.g. SA1: 0, SA2: 1) for each unit at each place. The same station number setting enables you to confirm the discrete in/out at each place at the same time. We also recommend you to install lightning surge protector in order to protect the 22LA1. Recommended model is the MDP-DM3 for twisted-pair signal line and the MAA-100 for power input line.
