Data storing during factory operation time

We are using M-System paperless recorder, 73VR2100, which is collecting various data of factory equipments continuously while the factory is in operation. We shut down factory power after finishing daily operation per each day. We are informed that the 73VR’s data in CF card could be lost if power off the unit during data logging. Do you have any solution? We’d like to let the 73VR stop recording before factory power off and then start recording after factory power on every morning.

MS Word

The 73VR21xx can meet your required recording start/stop condition. On the display, please go Menu —> Config. —> Data storing method.

On the Data storing method display, please specify storing setting as “Time specified”.

Then the 73VR’s recording is automatically initiated and stopped at predefined time.

Please specify storing condition as “Every day” and then you can predefine record start time as “Date time” and record time duration as “Time”.

On the system configuration display, please also specify start mode as “Hot start”.

If your factory set the power on at 8:00 am and power off at 17:00 pm, then you can set Date time 08:00:01 (Hour-Min.-Sec.) and Time duration as 08:58 (Hour-Min.) for example. On this setting the 73VR start recording just after factory power on and stop recording before factory power off. By this configuration, you can record data safely without loosing data in CF card.
