Paperless Recorder for use of accumulated pulse input

We have a leased equipment at our factory. To check the leased charge, we like to display and record the operating time during a day by a recorder. There is “ON” contact signal only available from equipment while operating. Using that signal, the operating time needs to know by the minute. Is there a solution?

MS Word

We propose the Paperless Recorder (model: 73VR3100) system. Using the R3 series I/O modules, the 73VR3100 displays data on the screen and saves data into the CF card. This time, since the operation ON signal will be output by pulse signal, In this case, using the Operation Time Scaler (model: MWK-X-B-X, special specification / Per “Minute”), convert “ON” contact signal to “1 pulse per minute” pulse. Use the Totalized Pulse Input Module (model: R3-PA16) to totalize the number of pulse input. The operation time for the equipment can be shown on the 73VR3100 as the number of pulse. In addition, the pulse accumulation value can be reset in every 24 hours by using the pulse accumulated function of 73VR3100.
