Temperature Data Acquisition in Furnace

We are trying to examine temperature distribution in a furnace by using a PC.

We plan to connect ten points of K type T/C sensors to a recorder and measure the temperature distribution on the PC software. Measuring temperature is around 500°C and we are going to implant each T/C sensor in each test material and then let them move through a conveyor in the furnace so that we can get temperature distribution data.

Do you have a suitable recorder hardware and software for this application?

M-System recommends you to use a PC Recorder, the R1M-GH2 and the software supplied with the R1M unit. You can monitor/record the temperature distribution with sampling time 0.5 second on your PC. The measured data is convertible as CSV file therefore you can analyze the data on Excel format.
