14. Vibration Test System

Conducting proper maintenance regularly will keep the performance of vibration test system consistent. Use the DL8 for data acquisition from the vibration test system, utilize CSV files stored in the SD card of DL8 to organize maintenance schedules.

The user can check the occurrence of abnormalities in case there are differences found between normal status data and recorded data. This way preventive maintenance can be conducted before it causes serious malfunctions.

By installing the DL8 in conjunction with a mobile router, e-mail notifications can be sent to maintenance personnel when vibration exceeds the normal level.
